-Serve as enterprise service desk for multiple unique clients including: John Morrell Food Group, Smithfield Foods, Fujitsu (internal service desk), Fujitsu subsidiary companies.-Use Triole and Seibel ticketing systems to log level one calls.-Support for corporate assets such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.-User account administration through Active Directory, Exchange, and SAP.-Support for multiple VPN clients such as Cisco and Juniper.-End User support including: Virus removals, Outlook support, Software installs, Driver Installs.

- Work with stores to ensure they are ready for projects.- First point of contact for onsite technicians.- Remote into local store servers to ensure proper configuration of installations using EFI hardware management tools.- Communicate directly with Staples corporate project managers to ensure deliverables are met, and escalation support.

-Maintain production enrollment and eligibility data via SQL Server Management Studio.-Prepare and execute the sending of EDI files to various trading partners.-Level 1/2 internal desktop support, including executives and remote users.-Provide escalation support regarding enrollment and eligibility.

- Handle daily management reports- Handle shipping/receiving queues and deliverables- Handle base trouble shooting of incoming and outgoing suspects- Triage repairs- Client interaction over phone, through e-mail, and in person.- Weekly reports to investigate and stop/overturn charges to store's PNL.
