Product Manager
CurrentI lead cross-functional product strategy in the mobile products category, overseeing product lifecycle, product launches, and strategy prioritization through market analysis. I gather and analyze research and voice-of-customer feedback to shape the company's product development direction, collaborating on a three-year roadmap, and ensure product quality by addressing issues and aiding in resolution across teams.• Develop mobile product category strategy to drive revenue and profitability.• Prioritize strategies in conjunction with business needs and market demand.• Gather and record voice-of-customer research.• Serve as subject matter expert for mobile products including technical specifications, features, as well as market drivers and the competitive landscape.• Drive innovation based on product roadmap to deliver concept ideation such as Unique Selling Propositions, roadmap of new projects, improvements to existing products and product lines, new product launch timing, phasing out old product timing, channel/customer driven New Product Introduction projects, and cost reduction projects.• Build and deliver reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers, related to mobile products.• Collaborate across functions and lead teams through the stage gate development process.• Support the sales team at key launch events or product milestones.• Work together with the Engineering team to update product strategy
