Products cover the complete market solution including a Provider Portal, Health Information Exchange, Medication Therapy Management, Analytics, Reporting, and Care Management. Develop roadmaps and feature sets that are aligned with market needs and overall corporate strategy, and are clearly communicated throughout the cross-functional teams. Manage the re-design of applications using a SaaS model with a focus on “-ilities” and interoperability standards utilizing SOA and Event Driven Architecture.

Managed all activities necessary to start and build a software product company. TrackPHI created personal health management software. Based on patent pending technology, TrackPHI’s suite of products addressed the need to capture information for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and make it applicable in a user’s daily life. The product suite unified the act of food shopping with nutrition tracking while providing a tool for retailers to deliver their promotions. Other products focused on exercise/weight management, and tracking a user’s medical and insurance information.

Recruited and managed department of 8 Technical Leads who performed and/or managed all activities required to install, maintain, and enhance Metavante’s software applications for clients. Managed complex software development and system integration projects from specifications to delivery. Provided technical and strategic leadership. Developed technical designs and project plans.
