Due to my experience in professional sports, I have come to respect teams and teamwork and find it as a catalyst to improving any environment, allowing the people within it to flourish; this makes me dedicated and loyal to my team and teammates. In addition, due to my education, I have been exposed to almost every type of culture there is, in doing so, I have developed the ability to find common ground with any different cultural background, making the communication much more clear between me and any new person I am introduced to. Moreover, I believe that I can get an idea through to the other person using the channel of presentations and pitching as I have been doing multiple pitches to all sorts of professionals, ranging from university professors to my supervisors in the work place as I have been in situations where my opinion was highly considered. Thus I have acquired a certain skillset that allows me to further enhance my communication with others. Organizational values also shape a big part of how I carry out my work as I believe that employees are an instrument to communicate what the company is really about to the customers, through interaction, and it is a duty to represent the company in the best way possible, as well as provide the best customer experience, a value I share with your organization.I believe I have a learning mindset as I am not afraid to challenge my beliefs and knowledge in a situation where I can improve and learn new things. This is vital as consumer tastes change, if ever so slightly every day and having this ability will allow me the room to stay up to date with consumer needs as well as business needs. Also, I think that having a can-do attitude is the best way to go through any obstacle. That is why I always put in an effort and see no challenge as too big or too small, it is always an opportunity to learn and better myself in order to be able to deliver the best value service possible.
