Current•Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate construction activities toensure timely project delivery.•Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget.•Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.•Performance Management: Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate team performance to ensure high productivity.•Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements andexpectations.•Communication: Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to ensure clear and effective communication.•Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address safety issues promptly.•Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant quality standards, regulations, and codes.•Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.•Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the project site.•Record-keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.•Progress Reports: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.•Risk Management: Identify potential issues and risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.•Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise during the construction process effectively.
