Full responsibility for daily / monthly tasks in accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL reconciliations, Cost, journal entries, month end close, and financial reporting. ▪ Prepare financial statements & Weekly-Monthly financial reports.▪ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.▪ Prepare budget, cash flow projection and sales forecast.▪ Prepare client’s invoices & Follow up the collection.▪ Monitor and record financial transactions of supplier's invoices and cheques, Assets depreciation and accrual expenses according to company policy.▪ Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.▪ Prepare monthly/ quarterly tax (VAT, Payroll Tax, WHT ….)▪ Monitor expenditures & Treasury management & Coordinate the audit process.▪ Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.▪ Manage the accounting activities for our sister Co Korastats (Company size 11-50 with directed accounting operation for business turning over 5 Million).

▪ Maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the company. ▪ Prepare monthly cost reconciliation for vehicles, Spare parts and imported items. ▪ SAP User.▪ Follow up with the inventory and updated it with the latest entries. ▪ Complete monthly payroll and maintained employee's records (750 employees).▪ Review the monthly calculation of payroll tax and social insurance.▪ Fill monthly value added tax (VAT).▪ Create the new assets & Monthly depreciation preparation.▪ Review the movement of treasures of the branches.▪ Follow up and renew the insurance documents of the company.▪ Assist in financial statements preparation & Support the audit process.

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team (4 staff).▪ Prepare financial statements, Financial & analysis reports, Budget, and Sales forecast.▪ Review and approve monthly cost reports that were applied from cost control.▪ Approve monthly payroll that was applied from HR and review payroll tax and social insurance calculation & Follow up and renew company insurance policies. ▪ Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.▪ Negotiate contracts with suppliers & Review and approve all expenses.▪ Sun & Material Control and Micros system user.▪ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes (VAT, Payroll, WHT, Income, Stamp …)▪ Prepare requested documentations for auditing activities.

▪ Review the day sales, other income, cashier reports and all types of checks. ▪ Control the property revenue and cash in.▪ Prepare analysis reports for the revenue.▪ Spot checks all cash receipt in the operation.▪ Help in making monthly income statement.▪ Help in daily/monthly tasks in Cost and Accounts payable

Responsible for accounts payable for 4 months and receivable for 5 months with all duties for these positions.
