As a Managing Director of IT Services at the National Advance Information Center (NAIC), my primary focus is on driving the implementation of the Border Security Strategy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), alongside spearheading trade facilitation initiatives and programs. Notably, I proudly managed the implementation of UAE's Advance Cargo Information program (ACI) and Pre-Loading Advance Cargo Information (PLACI), among others, which are all aligned with the overarching goal of enhancing border security and streamlining trade processes.My journey to this leadership role has been shaped by nearly 15 years of invaluable experience at IBM, where I served as a Director of Project Execution (DPE). During that, I successfully managed projects of significant scale, overseeing multicultural and multinational teams. My project portfolio spanned across diverse regions, including Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, equipping me with a nuanced understanding of global dynamics and cultural sensitivities.With a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives and managing complex projects on a global scale, I bring a wealth of expertise to my current role.
