• Responsible for production out CNC Router and Plasma cutting machines with different operating systems (Mach3- Starfire) and CNC customized machines.• Work with R&D department to adjust some designs for reducing the material and working hours.• Record production problems in my department and solve it.• Prepare (SOP) work instructions for each machine to be easy for any operator.• Training clients to how to use a CNC machine (plasma cutting machines and different router machines).

• Co-ordinate changes in production to ensure priorities will meet customer orders. • Utilize production optimization tools in order to remove waste from the processes and deliver desired output quality and rate. • Execute process improvement projects such as 5S Projects. • Assure the execution of company business plans and strategic objectives.• Create and manage manufacturing bills of material, work instructions and specifications. • Responsible for training individuals how to operate on various manufacturing process. • Supervision and maintenance of CNC Plasma cutting machines, bending machines, rolling forming machines. • Supports to improve output rates of processes. • Helps to performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and improved efficiency.
