Current employment working for IELTS/PTE/OET/TOEFL provider (English language school), where I work as a hands-on member of the IT team assisting with day to day IT needs within an education environment. I provide frontline support to internal and external users, including, management staff, teachers and trainers and students: http://www.studyhub.net.au- Identification and troubleshooting of network system issues and resolution of matters in real time- Maintenance of systems and softwares- Ensuring incidents are handled in accordance with organisational standards, SLAs and protocols- Monitoring and actioning of Network & Customer Trouble tickets- Ensuring network reporting is accurate and is developed with network expansions, upgrades etc- Ensuring processes are available and maintained to the highest of standards- User active directories (setup and maintaining account)- Maintenance of IT systems (IP phones, windows, mac workstations, network printers, ftp etc.)- Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure- Installation of softwares- Create a backup and recovery policy- Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out- Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network- Setup security policies for users such as Firewall Policies, IDS etc.- Resetting user passwords- Lock/unlock user accounts - Mail services – Sendmail, POP3 mail, SSL Encapsulated IMAP Access (IMAPS)- Configuring nodes and APs for various services such as DHCP, Samba, FTP, APACHE services- Troubleshoot using VNC Viewer, Remote Utilities, Ammyy Admin and Team viewer.
