CurrentAs an IT Support Engineer at Setup4 in Mulgrave, I provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues. I manage support tickets using ConnectWise Manage, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation of issues and solutions. My role includes setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to operating systems and network connectivity, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system checks. I maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures, updating documentation as needed, including those related to Active Directory and Intune for endpoint management. Additionally, I respond promptly to service desk calls, providing effective resolutions and ensuring high client satisfaction.
