Hello, I am Aileen, MA Luxury and Brand Management and MS Economics. My goal is to combine my education with data analysis to understand the customer journey, and use data to get insights on the customer behavior and how the strategy working. Data can be used to tell an objective story about how a brand is performing through its data, combined with knowledge on the industry (its trends, and competition).In my role as an analyst in advertising, I work with marketing data to answer questions such as: how long does it take to convert, what role does a channel play in conversions, and how do consumers move through the pathway. It is by analyzing data that you can get insights to tell you what can be improved and what is happening with the strategy, as well as answer questions on the consumer journey. As for tools, it is SQL and a variety of libraries in R programming. In my spare time, I learn Python, as well as machine learning.I thrive on new challenges and am constantly learning to develop professionally!
