With over 25 years of professional services experience as an executive coach, recruiter, consultant, and corporate attorney, my work spans numerous industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, tech, financial services, energy, law, and nonprofits. As coach, I partner with executives who are pursuing their next leadership role and those who are navigating complex professional landscapes and obstacles. My passions include supporting leaders who want to unlock new levels of impact – such as getting into the C-suite for the first time, expanding influence, and refining executive presence to drive alignment and results.As a recruiter, I do both executive and board searches. My specialty is corporate boards, which started during my lawyer years advising companies on corporate governance and continues today helping public and private companies fill board openings, place their executives on outside boards, and improve board effectiveness.
