• Create instructional materials that are engaging and informative focused on Ruby, JavaScript and Python topics including: OO Programming, SQL, Sinatra, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS. • Deliver lectures remotely to multiple cohorts of students to support Software Engineering program.• Collaborate closely with each cohort’s dedicated Instructor to provide cohesive and transformational learning experience.

• Design and implement learning or service interventions to optimize course experience.• Conduct live lectures focused on Ruby and JavaScript topics including: OO Programming, SQL, Sinatra, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.• Schedule weekly one-on-ones with students that focus on tutoring, debugging, or motivational sessions.• Lead project sprints and assessments, helping students scope and execute larger technical projects to demonstrate mastery of each content module.• Build student communities: identifying, creating, and implementing connective experiences.

• Demonstrate intimate knowledge of both Ruby and JavaScript.• Exemplify the developer’s mindset by guiding students through debugging their labs on-demand.• Lead online study groups that deepen understanding of key concepts.• Pilot experimental efforts in how to provide the best student experience and most positive outcomes.

• Organize and prepare equipment rental requests for large-scale events.• Schedule and coordinate event site staffing, travel itineraries, and reimbursements.• Create summary analytical reports and billing for customers post event.

• Assist with all A/R and A/P transactions.• Provide administrative support for staff and customers.• Maintain branch managers business calendar.• Manage inventory.

• Manage CEO's calendar and expense reports.• Provide quality assurance assistance.• Interview, hire and train all incoming staff.• Submit payroll in a timely manner. • Coordinate staffing and client schedules.• Organize billing invoices.
