In 2017 I qualified as a Yoga Teacher with YogaHub, and as a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher with the Elbow Room in Dublin. Over the years I have practised and trained in cities all over the world including New York, Seattle, London, Melbourne and Paris.
