Currently managing a team of highly skilled service technicians for a large regional service area that reaches into four states. Managing logistics of parts sourcing and distribution, warranty claims, technician training and development, customer relationship management, billing.

As the general administrator I deal with a diverse set of tasks ranging from representing the department on committees as well as managing human resource tasks and policy development and review. In the role of training coordinator I develop and manage training programs to be delivered internally by both myself or other staff instructors.

At the request of the Fire Chief I reactivated as a full time volunteer fire fighter in June 2010 at the rank of Assistant Chief with responsibility for the departments training and special rescue programs. Currently I am certified through IAAI (International Association of Arson Investigators) as a Fire Investigative Technician and serve as Fire Marshal for the district. These responsibiilties include investigation of fires to determine the need to engage the State Fire Marshals Office.In addition to this I currently supervise four assistant instructors which teach basic fire fighting skills and prepare candidates for national certification while personally teaching more advanced classes in strategy, tactics and technical rescue disciplines. I am the current Team Leader for our SRT (Special Response Team) which currently consists of over twelve operators trained in various levels of technical rescue disciplines including High Angle Rope Rescue, Swift and Surface Water Rescue, Wilderness Search and Rescue and Vehicle and Farm Machinery Extracation.

Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors which manages the administrative business of the fire department in conjunction with the Fire Chief. This includes budgeting, equipment acquisition, pursuit of grant funding, developing and maintaing policy and procedures, personnel management, public information management and community relations.

Provided instruction to the fire and emergency service personnel as part of the Fire Service Training Field Instructor Program where I take the training to the departments and into their regions as needed throughout the state of Oklahoma. Programs delivered include Structural Firefighting, Wildland Firefighting, Wilderness Search & Rescue, Hazardous Materials (Awareness, Operations and Technician Levels), Swift Water Rescue, Rope Rescue, Instructor, Officer and Leadership programs.

My first five years with IBM I spent providing technical and thought leadership for data center relocations and consolidations at the global level for IBM customers. I later transferred from the Global Business Solutions group over to our Global Technology Services group to support these same accounts in a steady state model. Since joining IBM I have had the privilege to work on a very diverse group of accounts and projects across all industries.Responsibilities include functioning as a trusted adviser to the account management team, other technical leaders and the customer. I continually provide innovative solutions, Gap and Risk assessments, identify new revenue opportunities and provide technical team leadership for larger accounts. In my off time I teach courses for public safety and first responders. While focused on the fire service I also teach classes to other first responders. I currently manage the training academy program for our local fire department which trains all of their recruits as well as other surrounding departments who send their people to the academy.

Chief Training Officer responsible for managing and scheduling all fire department training. Maintained training records and worked as liaison with training partners throughout the State of Oklahoma. Provided instruction to fire department personnel in both fire and rescue disciplines.
