I am passionate about the things I love and the work that I do. If I am going to spend my time doing something it is worth the extra time and effort to do it right. While I like structure I can adapt quickly and work outside of the box without a net when necessary. Whether in the IT field or the Emergency Services field I constantly strive to improve my skills and pass my experience on to those new to the respective field. Through teaching I learn more than I ever did as a student.
