Contributed to multiple project launches owned by Amazon’s senior leadership team that provides coupons to customers for prescription drugs by adding all UI and backend changes to Amazon Promotions UI, resulting in $2 million in GMS as of June 2023.Collaborated heavily with QA, Product, and Amazon Promotions Platform team as part of away team for Amazon Pharmacy projects.Became owner of Amazon Pharmacy’s coupon eligibility backend services by leading multiple projects, such as supporting coupons for rebilled orders and supporting max limits on coupons using DynamoDB, from initial design proposal to launch.Received org-level recognition for delivering results and was promoted to Software Engineer II as of July 2023.

Became owner of backend service that generates COVID-19 test result PDFs to customers available on amazondx.com and for data reporting to Concentra as part of Amazon’s COVID-19 Initiative.Created Lambda and SQS queue as event trigger to intake requests once a customer’s test was completed and call PDF generator API endpoint managed by API Gateway and store PDFs in S3. Generated 563 PDFs for Concentra with new service within first month of service launch.Improved operational performance of backend service by creating a dashboard consisting of CloudWatch metrics/alarms that monitor API latency, faults, and errors via CDK and Cloudformation. Contributed to 8-person team with 2-week sprints that consisted of code implementation tasks and customer-impacting oncall duties to ensure customers receive their test results.

Created unit tests to simulate/model different parts of Intel’s Stratix 10 FPGAs and firmware source code using C/C++ as part of Intel’s Programmable Solution Group’s re-architecture.Created a QSPI model class to simulate how Intel’s FPGAs communicate with external devices. Reduce code size of entire firmware architecture by eliminating unnecessary validation checks.
