Served as the lead subject matter expert for BigFix and Tanium endpoint management solutions, spearheading the development of automation to enhance patching effectiveness and eliminate manual inefficiencies across software distribution, patch management, configuration auditing, file system indexing, and inventory control. Played a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) infrastructure fail-over exercises. Engineered innovative solutions for patching disconnected VPN computers over the internet, developed fully automated endpoint remediation processes, and created a PCI compliance monitoring solution seamlessly integrated with NetCool and ServiceNow.

Responsible for implementing, upgrading, and supporting the systems management infrastructures and toolsets for Airline and Worldport systems. Key contributor to the enterprise migration from Tivoli TCM to BigFix. Instrumental in the development and support of the Global Software Deployment Portal application which continues to play a critical role in effective patch management in our regions and districts.
