As an Air Force Security Forces Senior Leader, I learned that forging teams come by tackling opportunities and making the most out of the situations. In my spare time, I look for chances to grow and develop by learning new techniques or striving for outside the box thinking. This helps me when opportunities arise and I meet them head on and excel. I take this same approach with my teams when they are not at their best, I find ways to make a professional connection and forge the best version of themselves so we can achieve our goals. My track record of efficiently multi-tasking amidst competing and shifting priorities underscores my capacity to synchronize talent and resources, and meet internal and external demands seamlessly. Fueled by visionary thinking, ingenuity, and keen business acumen, I continuously work to enhance organizational effectiveness. With exceptional interpretive and interpersonal skills, I am an active listener and critical thinker, adept at articulating ideas both verbally and in writing, making me an influential communicator.I am currently a Fellow with The Honor Foundation and will make a transition to the private sector in Tampa, FL in March 2025.
