About Greg Gall

I am tremendously grateful each day of my life for the opportunities I have, which leads to my mindset of abundance, curiosity, and joy. I’ve been in leadership positions most of my life — it came naturally to me. Now I love working with others as a certified coach, helping them in their leadership journeys and life transitions. We all make many choices in our life. And as a coach, I am excited and passionate to challenge, motivate, support, and celebrate growth with lasting, extraordinary results in each engagement. At Cisco, I’m proud to have a history of building extraordinary teams and culture, serving as an engineering leader and being chosen by Cisco’s executive leadership team to serve as a Culture Ambassador. I’ve built high potential development programs for individuals and leaders, resulting in people going on to leadership positions, promotions and creating impact. My team develops innovative technical programs and global technical go-to-market strategies with Cisco partners. I also work closely with our business development teams and program teams to prioritize and target team opportunities. One of my joys is working with military personnel who are transitioning to private life. As a former Army officer and Bronze Star recipient during the first Gulf War, I’m proud to help fellow soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors find their new paths. I believe in serving my community and helping to improve everyone’s lives. If I can help someone avoid some hard knocks in life, I take it as a personal win. I want to empower people into motivating themselves and others into positive action to create extraordinary results that last.
