Supervisor Operations Maintenance Lead Technician Facilities Coordinator Promoted twice with increasing levels of responsibilities. As Supervisor, responsible for maintenance and repair including documentation of all facilities equipment. Areas of responsibility included: Electrical service, Air Conditioning, Compressed Air, Oxygen Supply, Electrical back-up Generator, Fire suppression, Badge access system, Security cameras, Lighting and Supervision of the cleaning crew. Worked with EH&S on hazardous material disposal and back-up for safety representative.• Worked with engineering department to reconfigure and relocate manufacturing lines, increasing efficiency and capacity from 50% to 75% per manufacturing line.• Supervised contractors on all projects, remodeling walls and doors, replacing flooring materials, electrical improvements and additions, installation of automated machining equipment, excavation and construction of a new loading dock for extended trailer loading / unloading.• Installed 2 new 75 HP air compressors, increased filtration capacity, increased storage capacity. Improving moisture and particulate removal, in a 100% redundant system. Test post installation and yearly test validated compliance with medical grade air.• Contributed individually and on teams, collecting information, securing quotes for Capital Project Requests. Documented, submitted and managed projects (e.g., AC replacement/repair, high speed doors etc.).
