Monitoring and troubleshooting of network, lease line, MPLS and vsat connectivity

• Managing the Service Delivery Part (Installing & Commissioning of Data and Voice Equipments of Different make) of all the Connectivity’s provided by Reliance Communications such as L3VPN, ISDN, Leased Line and MPLS VPN etc. for Internal & External Customers of Delhi & NCR.• Responsible for the Installation and commissioning of Routers such as Cisco 805, Netaxcess, Rocsys, Huawei, for ATM (SBI/HDFC/PNB Bank) projects based on CDMA Technology.• Configuration and troubleshooting of Routers (Cisco series 3845, 1841, 2600, 1721, 801, Juniper 6320, 2350, Tech routers, Maipu,) & Switch (Cisco, Extreme, Juniper).• Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocol (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, Multicasting,). Router configured as bridge mode. Multilink configuration.• Implementation of Remedy Helpdesk Software and keeping track of the entire asset inventory of Delhi & NCR• Preparing and providing weekly and monthly MIS and SD reports to NHQ• Link monitoring through what’s up Gold.• Fault Tracking of the Service Orders using portal CLARITY.• VC Plycom configuration• Vendor coordination.
