Ims Core Engineer
CurrentRACK’S installation and commissioning.Configuration, Installation and commissioning of MEDIA GATEWAY & Servers.Basic Knowledge of all Nodes of IMS (SBC, AGCF , CSCFs (P/I/S), HSS, MGCF, AS, ENUM,).Basic knowledge on CDR’s. Basic knowledge of MGW.Alarm management and analysis of all critical types of alarm in network.Prepare data for migration and perform migration.Handling Queries related to customerRoutine monitoring and analyzing the faults of all core nodes of IMS.Responsible for creating new levels in MGCF.Monitoring and troubleshooting of Alarms in core Node (IMS).Health checkup of all NE (IMS).Software, Operational, System and CDR backup in IMS node.Responsible for O&M activities of all Core nodes of IMS.Subscriber Data Management, Registration, Tracing.Number Creation, Deletion & Modification.Service Barring, Level 1 Services & Emergency number Configuration.Working knowledge of IMS core nodes- SBC, AGCF ,P/I/S- CSCF, AS, HSS, MGCF.Experience in working with ticketing / other OSS type tools.First level fault management. Handling customer issue and resolving the TDM PRI Issues.Good Knowledge on taking traces in different Nodes (CSCF / MGCF / AS /AGCF), analysis of traces.Coordinated with functional teams on troubleshooting communication services and issues..Operation and maintenance of core node.Alarm Handling: Analyzing alarms in respective node and troubleshooting. Checking & verification of CDR’s(Call data records).Knowledge of SS7Installing & troubleshooting of operating system like Windows server 2008 R2,2003 ,Windows 10, Win 7, System & Server Administration, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and End User System Support for Hardware & Software.Assembling & disassembling of computer and other peripherals
