Accomplishments outside my role: - Successfully campaigned for the creation of the "Sustainability Champions" team within Tyro - Australia's 5th largest merchant bank. This entailed a team of 8 members, from different divisions of Tyro, meeting monthly to improve ESG relations with Tyro's Stakeholders - specifically their Shareholders. - I was a member of the Sustainability Champions team, representing the "Customer and Sales" division. During this, I was chosen as the CSR lead within the team.- Created a partnership with Tyro and Arnie's Recon, ensuring all Payment Terminals/ EFTPOS machines were 100% recycled for the first time.
