Oversees the development of valid and reliable outcome measures to be used in concert with anecdotal data for contract funding, private donors and regulating agencies. Leads all QI activities, performing statistical report and trend analysis on a wide variety of organizational data. Manages the operations of the ETO software for demographic, activity and outcome tracking for agency programs. Relates to the Board of Directors around quality management, outcome activities and any other information that is requested.Leads the COA Accreditation process, ensuring compliance with both program and administrative standards. Serves as the agency’s Privacy Officer, ensuring compliance with all HIPAA confidentiality and security regulations. As Training Director, works closely with HR to create an effective staff development program for JF&CS staff. Identify training needs through QI reports, Risk Management issues, management input and staff needs.
