I have sixteen years of teaching, research and extension experiences. I did B.Sc. (Ag.) in 2001 and M.Sc. (Ag.) in 2003 from BHU, Varanasi. I am recipient of BHU Binani Gold Medal also awarded with BHU Gold Medal for standing first in Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry in the M.Sc. (Ag.). I am recipient of T.D.N.K. scholarship in M.Sc. (Ag.). I have received BHU research scholarship in Ph.D. Specialization in soil microbiology, soil fertility and soil chemistry. Awarded with HAS International Young Scientist Award-2017. Inducted as Fellow of Hind-Agri-Horticultural Societies. Honoured with Pragaya Ratan Award-2019, by WIFPA, Mumbai. Awarded with Outstanding Soil Scientist Award-2021 in recognition of novelty, valuable contributions and achievements in National Conference on DISHA-2021, organized by GAPS, Jharkhand. Recipient of Best Researcher Award in the field of Sugarcane Production Technology on the occasion of 2nd world congress on Plant Genomics and Plant Science” held on October 06-07, 2022, at Frankfurt, Germany. I have guided 10 students of PG and Ph.D. I have handled 08 projects and 09 Projects in hand. I have established Computer-cum-ARIS cell, Soil Fertility and Soil Microbiology Laboratory at MBAC, Saharsa. I have performed as an external question paper setter for different Universities . I have 186 scientific contributions in credit involving 52 research papers, 71 popular articles, 19 chapters in books, 11 books, 24 research/extension bulletins and 28 edited publications. I have delivered 489 invited lectures in various training programme, symposium, seminar, conferences, summer and winter school. I have given several TV talked on technology in vogue. I am member of editorial/executive/advisory board of national and international journals. I am president/chairman/member/member-secretary of important committees. I have expertise in handling sophisticated instruments like; Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer [AVANTA], Photosynthesis system (CO2 Analyzer), [LICOR-6200], Plant efficiency analyzer (PEA) Hanstech instrument; Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR), Flame Photometry, Spectrophotometer, chromatography, Nitrogen Analyzer, pH and EC meter, Munsell Color Chart, Chlorophyll meter and Leaf Color Chart. Analysis of soil physical, chemical and biological parameter, Isolation and screening of PSM, Solubilization extent of TCP and RP. Analysis of minerals constituents and qualitative traits in vegetables, Expertise in physiological assay, analytical determination of nutrients and heavy metals in Plant, Soil, and Water samples
