Project Leader
Managing the agile software development product releases & launch programs for a medical product/Solution. Localizations delivery includes EU, Latam, NA regions. where the product is released/installed for various country hospital site with on and off premise (Cloud) infrastructure support. I communicate with leadership and stakeholders about the project health and fallow-up with work streams/functional team to complete the deliverables on time and base lining to have CI/CD process. Manage the quality & Regulatory requirement for product/Solutions. Managed quality product Release of the HIS 5.0, TIE2.9, EcoSystem and Cloud dashboard solution for TASY EMR.Roles & Responsibility:• Prepare the project release plan ,Plan for deliverables, executing plan and drive prioritization throughout the project life cycle and maintain the base version Deliver to market requirements and expectations within the agreed project scope & timeline. • Drive requirement collection, scoping, identifying/managing inter dependencies & Risks, staffing constraints and resource optimization across multiple teams.• Enable real-time visibility of project milestones, reviews, schedule trend, performance Metrics management, using insightful dashboards and reports. • Manage project risks, Incident Management, change Impact, make sure lessons learned are implemented and other standard practices throughout the life cycle of the project.• Collaborating and communicating with geographically distributed (Brazil/USA/Europe/India) multi-discipline functional teams, technology leadership and Contractual Teams. • Facilitate relationship building among stakeholders to influence, embrace change and negotiate conflict resolution.
