Eager to take on challenges that push my potential and earn the trust and confidence of the management.Responsibilities: Regularly monitoring Database Servers and SQL server instances. Involved in database up-grade and migration activities. Responsible for configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting DB mirroring, Replication and Log Shipping. Prepare operation manual, technical documents and reports. Installation of the SQL servers and patching activities. Troubleshooting High CPU & High Memory Usage query’s Backup and recovery. Handled SQL Patching activities on SQL 2019, 2016, 2014 and 2012 Servers.  Managed 20+ Customers on rotational shift basis to resolve issues and errors on the servers.  Attended On-Calls and various activities (Patching, decommission, Migration, Storage issue, etc..,) with clients to resolve the issues.  Accept and create tickets such as service requests, incidents, change requests and problem tickets and complete them within SLA. Ticketing tool is Service Now, JIRA, MWatch, Delenia and Fresh service. Troubleshooting and resolving database problems.
