Current- Deploy effective failover solutions for client’s network such as MPLS, VPLS, IES/DIA alongwith SDWAN and LTE resulting in increased productivity and reduced downtime- Employ latest technologies including but not limited to VeloCloud SDWAN, Cisco, VerizonCradlepoint, and Alcatel-Lucent to troubleshoot and maintain enterprise networks; boostconnectivity, reinforce network security, and double work efficiency- Improve the quality of service for businesses by providing technical support for network andvoice related issues; significantly reduced customer complaints by 7% relative to previous year- Collaborate with Vendors, MSPs, and customer IT teams to deliver network security solutionwithin slated time frame- Deliver top-class customer service experience and achieve up to 98% customer satisfactionrating- Provide technical consultation to stakeholders and streamline internal communicationthrough maintenance of customer's documentation, progress, and solution- Perform T1 tests and analyze Ethernet circuits to diagnose and resolve network relatedproblems, including latency, packet loss, slow speeds, and complete outages
