As an AP, I provide support for all aspects of church life and ministry to ensure the visions of our pastors is followed and the mission is accomplished. In November 2020, I assumed the full responsibilities as Head of School in the church’s private discipleship school, Lifestyle Christian School. My primary goal with this position is to keep our vision in front of the staff, students, and families we serve, while shepherding each of them in their spiritual development.

Equipping and sending missionaries to defend the orphan.Training students to carry the love of Jesus around the world through a one year program designed specifically for those who have a calling for missions and a desire to defend the orphan with their lives. Students receive teaching in Biblical studies, spiritual growth, leadership training, personal development, and cross-cultural ministry.

Financial controller for 400+ member church, K5-12 school (135+ students) and state licensed daycare (120+ children). Duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, payroll, corporate financial reporting, and corporate documentation compliance. Function as the IT coordinator - system troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.>>Accomplishments<< Established accounting and billing system for the daycare upon opening in 2006. Introduced direct deposit to the payroll system (2008). Rolled out the program as an opt-in benefit to existing employees, required for new hires. After twelve (12) months, instituted mandatory enrollment - achieving 100% participation. Implemented new procedures to streamline bookkeeping duties within the three ministries. Oversaw the software conversion that facilitated revisions to transaction entry and flow documentation between each office.

Lead vocalist for weekly, contemporary worship services. Duties include song selection, arrangement, transition development, direction of the worship team/band practices, background vocalist, and audio-visual/media content coordination (i.e. sound, presentation software, online content streaming). Additionally, duties extend to the coaching and scheduling of the entire team, comprised of 20+ volunteers
