In my role at Kineo, I wore many hats, including those of a Product Owner, Solutions Architect, and Technical Product Manager. I was responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions for some of our most significant clients, including large governmental bodies in Australia and New Zealand. I played a key role in managing product backlogs, gathering and translating client requirements into solutions with actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams. My work involved a strong focus on Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and delivering features that not only met but exceeded client expectations.A key highlight of my tenure was spearheading the development of major features that distinguished our product from competitors. Additionally I built automated tools that optimised internal processes, leading to an increase in efficiency and revenues. My strategic vision, coupled with technical design was instrumental in consistently delivery high quality outcomes.

In this contract role, I led the development and strategic direction of Monash University’s online exam and invigilation platforms during a rapid transition necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. I acted as a Product Owner for our online exam and invigilation platform training product, overseeing backlog management, setting product priorities, and ensuring alignment with user needs. I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive asynchronous training program, scaling it to thousands of staff members while adapting to increased demands and constraints on in-person delivery. My role also involved managing a team of trainers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions in high-pressure environments.

In 2019 I took on a short-term contract to provided technical and pedagogical support to academic staff within the Faculty of Education. I developed extensive knowledge of the Moodle platform, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. I conducted technical analysis into emerging technologies and their application in the eLearning ecosystem, and provided my recommendations to professional and academic staff.

After finishing my contract at Swinburne, I took the opportunity to work on my 4X/City Builder full time

In this contract role I worked with a transition team on a project to migrate the online learning from Blackboard to Canvas. My specific role was to perform quality assurance on each element that had undergone transition and validate that it met our requirements. This role leveraged my exceptional attention to detail, and I further contributed by developing processes and automated tools to streamline the work of Transition officers and Quality Assurance officers.
