The project scope includes engineering design, installation, and operation of a real-time groundwater monitoring nework to cover all development regions of NEOM.- Project activities include hydrogeological studies, geophysical investigation for groundwater exploration, groundwater sampling and geochemical analysis, drilling and installation of real-time sensors to log water chemistry data over time for trend analysis.- Develop project plans, delineating tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.- Closely collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, to collectively define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Simultaneously, establish effective communication channels with NEOM’s stakeholders,ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations to optimize project outcomes.- Lead a multi-disciplinary team, navigating through parallel and interdependent activities for the successful completion of project milestones.- Conduct thorough estimations of project costs and maintained a focus on delivering projects within budget constraints, while also monitoring and controlling expenses throughout the entire project lifecycle

A USAID funded project, of an estimated $30 million budget to ensure the availability of sustainable and resilient water resources for Egypt. The project informs national and local water policy formation, promotes efficient water use, and develops innovative applied research solutions for water management.- Involved in the development of a Water Research Roadmap for Egypt, with the aim of setting research priorities in the water sector to help solve water resources issues in Egypt. This document should increase effective government policymaking for water infrastructure, water resilience, and sector governance informed by high-caliber, collaborative research.- Liaised with potential industrial/private partners to build a network of stakeholders in the water sector of Egypt with the aim of closing the gap between research and market needs, and foster innovations and technologies in the water sector that may be suitable for commercialization.- Developed and implemented different research project grants, which would address imminent challenges in Egypt’s water sector and increase entrepreneurial solutions to water sector issues with the potential for wider international applications- Crafted and implemented a set of guidelines for applicants’ proposal submittal and review process. This included monitoring the procedure, developing the evaluation criteria, following up on progress reports by researchers, and providing technical guidance to grants' applicants and project partners.

Performed an assessment of Aquifer Storage & Recovery(ASR) and ASTR in a set of groundwater wells at a pilot field site in Pirna, Germany, to determine the sensitivity of Recovery Efficiency to changing operational parameters (Injection and Extraction Rates)

Worked on a groundwater research program to study the intersection between groundwater monitoring and solar water pumping in arid areas in an effort to develop an integrated sustainable solution for groundwater extraction in arid regions.

-Executed the construction of 25 times the original plant installation capacity, reaching 1.5MW total generation capacity of solar stations.-Responsible for construction management, work drawings quality assurance, site inspection, site logistics, safety, geotechnical surveying.-Managed the civil and construction activities of a 1MW PPA solar station.

Initiated a division for the operation & maintenance for a power generation facility, including 5 MW diesel generators and 1 MW of solar component.

-Supervised and managed the construction of the company's headquarter in Bahariya Oasis. The building was fully built from local material from the area and designed as a sustainable green building.-Responsible for material selection, quality control, on-site logistics, supervising multiple contractors, quarry selection and assessment, geotechnical surveying.
