When Alex transitioned over to the Director of Workforce at College of San Mateo he continued to be a collaborative partner in the work that ACCEL did at CSM. Eventually ACCEL moved into the Business and Technology division where Alex is currently my supervisor. As a supervisor, Alex always encourages and supports my growth as a leader. He ensures that I have the opportunity to be involved in the decision making process for the ACCEL consortium.
