My Daily And Monthly Responsibilities include : ● To plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.● Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.● Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints

● Interface with Customers through email/phone/shared desktop sessions for configuration and troubleshooting of Barracuda products (ADC & WAF) and networking issues with best possible way of deployment of products. ● Trained on Web Application Firewall and Application Delivery Controller (Load Balancing L4 and L7 Traffic).● Basic knowledge in debugging HTTP/HTTPS traffic using Wireshark and Fiddler. ● Part of the TAC team responsible for providing technical support on Barracuda WAF and ADC products to end customers.● Assisting the customers to upgrade the Firmware versions, Security & Attack definitions and other OS Patches on Barracuda devices.● Configuring HTTP request/response translations, URL ACLs/redirects and Cookie security for HTTP and HTTPS applications.● Configuring High Availability on ADC, WAF and troubleshooting clustered related issues.● Helping customers to setup authentication with SSL client certificates and allow/restrict IPs based on the country using Geo IP database.● Configuring external authentication access control. (LDAP, SAML)● Helping customers setting up Global Server Load Balancing.(GSLB)● Responsible for supporting devices on Virtual, hardware and public cloud (Big 3's) platform.
