• My Daily And Monthly Responsibilities include:
• To plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.
• Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints

• Interface with Customers through email/phone/shared desktop sessions for configuration and troubleshooting of Barracuda products (ADC & WAF) and networking issues with best possible way of deployment of products.
• Trained on Web Application Firewall and Application Delivery Controller (Load Balancing L4 and L7 Traffic).
• Basic knowledge in debugging HTTP/HTTPS traffic using Wireshark and Fiddler.
• Part of the TAC team responsible for providing technical support on Barracuda WAF and ADC products to end customers.
• Assisting the customers to upgrade the Firmware versions, Security & Attack definitions and other OS Patches on Barracuda devices.
• Configuring HTTP request/response translations, URL ACLs/redirects and Cookie security for HTTP and HTTPS applications.
