Located in Cottonwood, Arizona, we are a fun group that produces an exciting product.IT Systems Administrator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficient operation of the company computer systems, networks, telephone and security systems while providing support to end users. This may include the implementation of new systems, reconfiguring systems and decommissioning of existing infrastructure. The position is the main point of contact for all desktop and IT help desk related activities. The position must be proactive and operate with minimal supervisionResponsibilities:Create and maintain Active Directory groups and user accountsConfigure and maintain Windows servers, storage and network infrastructureAdminister VMware vSphereAdminister Microsoft Exchange and related Mimecast Email filtering servicesRespond to Help Desk requests for technical support including MS Office and other software programs such as GoTo Meeting, Outlook, etc.Document network topologies including firewall and VPN accessEnsure all network shares and access rights are appropriately securedUpdate the PC Hardware and Software asset lists and perform semi-annual auditsManage server backups / data replication and ensure all systems are recoverableManage all server OS patching and upgrades as requiredPerform server and infrastructure maintenance, which may be after business hoursCoordinate PC installations with end users and provide after-hours support as neededOversee the Avaya IP Office telephone system and installation of IP PhonesInstall switches, patch panels and structured cabling as required
