I assist customers in purchases and operate the cash register. My work is done in a group setting, often under pressure. I frequently have to make hard judgment calls and think on my feet. I engage customers with a pleasant attitude and vast knowledge of our merchandise. I also answer phones, stock merchandise, and assist in daily store maintenance.

As a residential counselor, I provided mentally ill adults with 24-hour supervision. I oversaw daily medication procedures and taught clients to perform daily living activities such as cooking and cleaning. I worked alone and in group settings. My responsibilities also included operating a large passenger vehicle to transport clients. I kept logs of all ongoings in the residential facility during my shift and wrote progress notes for my assigned clients.
