Led national team of Principal Engineers to technically manage Verizon's 22 Motorola-Ericsson IOS systems through new feature prioritization and development, vendor First Office Application (FOA) projects, and emerging technology equipment retrofits. Developed equipment upgrade and change out processes to save company over $5 million in vendor charges.Managed team responsible for identifying and integrating LTE/IMS data platform and network performance alarms into Verizon's NOC.

Central Texas Region

As one of the initial Directors of System Performance for Verizon was part of the executive team that created and implemented the standards and processes for RF design, optimization, and performance of the regional cellular networks. Managed the build out of one of the largest Verizon regions realizing a $200 million annual capital budget.• Led the North Texas Verizon RF Engineering team to design, integrate, and optimize over 1,000 new cell sites in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas markets. Launched 6 new markets within a 2 year time period and managed 16 separate FCC licenses.• Negotiated Verizon spectrum swap with T-Mobile.• Guided the design and performance of both licensed and unlicensed microwave systems.• Implemented a regional DAS program in its entirety from design to operation and monitoring.• Navigated the team that completed Verizon's initial LTE overlay design.• Planned, and implemented yearly budget to meet strict time constraints and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

North Texas Region

Held several positions quickly progressing form RF Engineer to RF Manager for North Texas region. Guided a team of eight RF Engineers through the change out and optimization of the North Texas MTA from a Motorola CDMA system to a Lucent CDMA system in a short three month time frame.
