Current• Develop and utilize processes to provide information to management in order to guide projects forward• Assist with the development and management of tools, documentation, and templates to streamline work across project teams• Partner with Operations to govern and manage our PSA tool• Manage process improvement efforts while the Professional Services organization sustained continued growth• Leverage business partners to better understand where business is and where business needs to move going forward • Provide support to all members of the Professional Services organization• Collaborate with different teams to consolidate knowledge repositories for streamlined access and management• Support various teams through the use of our own Zendesk products, Support and Guide specifically
