Served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and as Strategic Advisor to the COO Leadership Team. Collaborated with programmatic, operational, functional and cross-division stakeholders to refine the COO’s and Operations Leadership Team’s vision, priorities and deliverables and ensure that the team executed against its goals. Provided leverage for the COO and extended the COO’s capabilities and impact.

Managed the Operations team within the foundation’s US Program division. Established and delivered a set of value-add services to support programmatic leadership and teams, enabling them to realize greater impact through their investments in the field. Partnered with centralized Operations, in both advising and implementing foundation-wide initiatives. Led US Program teams to conceptualize, plan, and deploy division-wide initiatives.

Owned business process overhaul for the global Customer Service organization to deliver a consistent agent experience and improved customer satisfaction worldwide. Managed the project team consolidating fragmented regional customer service agent processes into a single global suite from which CRM and Service Request Management systems were developed.

Responsible for the team delivering corporate business process and technology infrastructure solutions to enable profitable growth and a high-quality customer experience. Accountable for supporting business unit needs while also maintaining operational infrastructure in such a way to ensure long-term scalability. Partnered with corporate IT design and engineering group, acting as single point of contact representing business process and functional needs.

Managed multi-phase overhaul of operationally intensive subscription-based payroll service, eliminating the previous dependency on outsourced contact centers, distribution facilities, and direct marketing vendors. Redefined business processes and drove new technology implementation to reduce operational complexity, allowing for a transition to in-house management.

Directed day-to-day business operations for rapidly growing, highly seasonal tax table service. Managed relationship with partner responsible for sales, service, product distribution, and customer data management.
