Over the last few years, I managed multiple customer-focused applications with great success and satisfaction. Working closely with customers, I was able to provide custom made forms for our early patient e-registration and implementation of secure e-commerce inventory management systems. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I was able to take these applications from kickoff to post-live support. This success was achieved by meeting agreed upon timelines, providing clear documentation and training, and adhering to timely post go-live support. Prior to this time, I spent many years providing direct mental health care. I worked closely with patients and providers, gaining knowledge in patient satisfaction techniques and clinical knowledge. I believe it is this mixture of face-to-face interactions and technical skills that gives me special insight into what it takes to provide great customer experiences.
