A highly motivated team player, I work on the basis that hard work is the key to success and aim to achieve the maximum possible in every situation.Experience:Race Engineering: I have experience of race engineering F1 (Red Bull Racing) and Formula E (Dragon Racing, Neom McLaren) cars in FIA championships as well as running cars in junior single seater championships and special events such as world record attempts and Goodwood Festival of Speed.Performance Engineering: I have extensive experience of performance engineering in F1 (Red Bull Racing and Marussia F1 Team), Formula E (DS Virgin Racing, Dragon Racing and Nio 333 Racing) and in several junior single seater categories (British Formula 3, European Formula 3, GP3).Vehicle Dynamics: Having worked within the vehicle dynamics group, vehicle performance group or race engineering group at multiple F1 teams, I have gained a broad ranging experience of race car vehicle dynamics.Simulation: I have used numerous simulation packages ranging from custom in house software tools to off the shelf commercial packages. I have worked on simulation software development within F1 teams and lead the development of an in house simulation package for a GP2 team. I have built vehicle models for several race cars at various teams in a variety of formulae. Simulators: I have worked on numerous simulators at all levels of motorsport, from developing and running simulators at several top F1 teams to working as a consultant on commercial simulator development. I was also solely responsible for the design, build and operation of Carlin's state of the art driver in the loop simulator. I have 2 diplomas in projector and graphics set up.Performance Analysis Tools-sets: In many of my roles both in Formula 1, Formula E and junior single seater categories generating performance analysis tool-sets has been key to maximising performance on a race weekend. I have a wide range of experience in creating such toolsets on a variety of platforms (MATLAB, VBA, Excel, ATLAS, WinDarab, WINTAX)Specialties:My main areas of focus are race and performance engineering, race car optimisation, vehicle dynamics, simulation and simulators.
