Development of national entrepreneurship policy from diverse stakeholder input and international best practice.Development of projects for implementation by government agencies for entrepreneurship development. Representing the government on various small enterprise committees, nationally and internationally.

Served countries: Aruba, Curação, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Saint Barthélemy, Sint Maarten, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands, and St. Helena.Conducted in-person workshops and missions, as required to the territories listed above. Hosted and designed innovation workshops with senior technical officers of governments; prepared participants in project design and development, and proposal writing for accessing grants up to 200,000 EUR; served as innovation scout, focused on eco-innovation and circular industry projects and prepared reports and templates for innovation strategy.

Prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports from real time data on the foreign exchange and domestic money market conditions and made recommendations to the senior management for the actions that would maintain market stability.

Provided economic intelligence for the management of the bank and the ANSA McAL conglomerate with a focus on the automobile business. Managed short term financing instruments, namely bankers' acceptances and trade bills for trade export operations of companies in Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua, Dominican Republic and Guyana.Co-ordinated the development of the strategic plan for the bank and the ANSA McAL group of companies. Prepared investment proposals/recommendations for international capital market securities, syndicated local securities and corporate/competitor takeover. Monitored the US and local stock markets. Provided the financial ratio analysis for new credit accounts.

Preparation of questionnaires and databases to capture information on co-operative credit unions. Analysis of credit unions using PEARLS ratios. Analysing the structure, performance and plans of co-operative credit unions and advising them on improvements to better achieve desired objectives.
