Lead business development associates and estimators in opportunity evaluation, project estimation, and proposal development. Provide guidance and leadership of overall actions of project managers, including time and resource management and strong communications for outstanding customer satisfaction . Cost controls, subcontractor management, and procurement oversight. Develop and present pre-construction submittals and project close-out documentation. Provide all engineering insights and work closely with mechanical engineers to provide quality systems for customers.
