I have worked over several years as the course officer for both Basic Military Qualification courses, and Primary Leadership Qualification courses, based over weekends in the area of Belleville / Trenton Ontario. I was the Officer in charge of candidates and staff brought together from different Reserve Regiments from across Ontario. I was in charge of ensuring all instruction was completed, and candidates were set up to succeed in their chosen career paths in the military.

Peterborough, Ontario

I am the company second in command of a reserve infantry company, with three platoons in three different cities. Peterborough, Belleville, and Cobourg. I am responsible for all administration of 120 soldiers and officers in these three garrisons. I also take command of the company in my company commanders absence.

I am the 3rd shift supervisor, in charge of all non-production maintenance in multiple buildings, spanning 19 million square feet of property. I directly command 9 employees with skill sets from electricians, millwrights, and steam fitters, as well as non-skilled employees.

For three summers, I worked at the Trenton Air Cadet Camp as the Camp Sergeant Major, for the first two summers as a Reserve Chief Warrant Officer. And the final year as the Officer Commanding the Leadership Ceremonial Instructors Course. During these three summers I was responsible for the discipline of over 800 cadets undergoing training, and 75 staff cadets that helped run the training center for the first two years.
