I help companies accelerate the development of their professional staff. My main focus is as Partner of Two-Gen (Learning and Development Video Production). We produce impactful “short and entertaining” development videos with both generic and bespoke options - ideal for Learning Management Systems. The videos are often used in combination with webinars and coaching.I have worked in a corporate environment for over 35 years, been on the Board of several PLC’s and worked in 25 plus countries. A key takeaway from these experiences is that the leadership challenges at the senior level are remarkably similar to those faced by mid-level managers, though they often approach them with a more sophisticated framework. My role has been to add nuance and perspective to their existing models, helping to refine their leadership approach.Directorships & Senior Team Strategy FacilitationI have served on the boards of several companies, including PLCs. This experience significantly enhanced my facilitation skills, particularly in high-level strategy sessions.
