During this employment I managed four major strategic initiatives; a major multi-million dollar TRICARE Prime and a TRICARE drug provider contract, a million dollar Human Resource Call Support Center, a Corporate Technology Support Center, and a Small Projects Portfolio.

I worked at Battelle Memorial Institute for five years as a Principal Research Scientist supporting the Rapid Acquisition of Manufactured Parts (RAMP) System, a DOD manufacturing re-engineering system being developed by the South Carolina Research Authority. During this employment I worked in developing and supporting a Customer Support System and an automated Requirements Data Base. I also was employed as the Test Manager. We tested all functional requirement sets before each deployment and after any upgrades. .

I worked for International Business Machines (IBM) for 23 years. The first six years was spent working in the Manufacturing Division in Raleigh North Carolina as a Programmer Analyst developing and supporting a Real Time Warehousing System and a Marketing Universal Data Base used corporate wide within IBM.The next seventeen years with IBM I worked in the Data Processing Division (DPD) as a System Engineer supporting marketing and installation efforts to hundreds of customers across many industries. Five of these seventeen years were spent in Kansas City Missouri and the next twelve years were spent in Charleston South Carolina. During these seventeen years as a System Engineer I was trained in and supported the Motor Freight Industry, Insurance Industry, Hospital Industry, Distribution Industry and County Governments. I also was trained in and supported across industries Large and Mid Range Systems, Communication Systems and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). During these 17 years I taught many customer and internal classes on Communications System and Systems Integration.
