Working within the concrete & aggregate business for over 25 years, I have a vast knowledge of the concrete & aggregate production & transportation.I work along side some of the market leaders within the the aggregate & concrete business.I currently run a very successful bulk transport business. which my roll includes• Transport Manager & CPC holder, following compliance to a FORS bronze standard.•Managing the day to day operations of a busy transport operation ensuring safety standards are adhered to, costs are in line with budget, internal controls are followed and customer service and quality targets are achieved.•Responsibility for the performance and organisation of our transportation fleet for deliveries to our customers.•Leading, managing and mentoring the team through all processes.•Achieving productivity and quality targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, and delivering excellent service by managing accurate and timely collection of data to update operations metrics daily•Delivering and supporting of environmental, health and safety excellence.
