Managed fleet of 12 mobile units including hiring commercial drivers, logistics, expenses, and training. Managed a team of 9 direct reports that include full-time broadcast engineers, warehouse staff, freelance employees. Responsible for hiring, training, performance reviews, and project management.

-Launched brand-new, state-of-the-art television station. Managed team of 7 full-time employees and 5 freelance team members in a 24x7x365 department. Served as liaison between transmission department, sports department, and outsourced master control facility. -Established and documented all SOPs for all transmission-related aspects of the station. Worked with Programming in delivering content/games to China via IP and satellite transmission; booked satellite space for 100+ live games, monitor feeds, and cross-check invoices.
