Mayo Clinic Florida – 90 bed vertical high rise vertical expansion to the existing bed tower. The multi-phase expansion included new and vertical raise up of existing elevators and stair structures, interior renovations, electrical additions, and fire support services, and preparation for future vertical expansions.Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Medical Center - New full service greenfield hospital located North of Tampa Florida. Project included 80 new beds, state of the art operating rooms, OB wing, food and Emergency Services Department. Site work included the expansion of an adjacent 140 wetland parcel.Halifax Medical Center ED Expansion & Inpatient Tower Expansion - 550,000sqft patient tower and emergency department expansion. This project also included the addition of a 50,000sqft remotely located Central Energy Plant. At one point this project created the largest emergency department in the state of Florida and provides services for NASA recovery missions.Florida Hospital East Orlando Tower Expansion - 6 story 200,00sft expansion to the existing campus, including interior renovations, ground and soil modifications.Florida Hospital Flagler - New full service greenfield hospital located in North Florida. Project included patient bed tower, operating rooms, OB wing, radiological services, linear accelerator, food and Emergency Services, emergency department services. Site work included the development of the 80 acre parcel.Various other project - Multiple project - 200,00sqft Outpatient Surgery Center constructed and operation in 9 months. New Central Energy Plant with underground service tunnel to facility, Linear accelerator and simulator addition constructed below a parking structure. ICU, NICU, Restorative Care, Food Services, and inpatient radiology services renovations projects totaling approximately 150,000 sqft and high rise construction.
