Initially hired into the Warranty Department as a Claims Writer with responsibility for submitting reimbursement claims for warranty repair costs to equipment manufacturers, a majority of that being Caterpillar. As my experience gained, I evolved into a coordinator of warranty repairs, working with shop and field service personnel and managers to establish and follow effective protocols to maximize the recovery of warranty repair costs.

Served as assistant to the Office Administration Manager and company President.

Hired on as a shop helper directly out of high school and evolved to a shop and field technician with shared responsibilty for preventive maintenance and repairs for nearly 50 pieces of industrial and highway-fleet equipment.During this time I maintained a full-time student status at Eastern Oregon State College and graduated in Business Administration with honors in 4 years.
