Brought together the factions that had operated the 'Susiephone'​ system to become the Scottish Road works Register, developing the arrangements and services required. MBO'd the operation of the not-for-profit Susiephone Limited organisation to form Moleseye Limited.

The first Project Manager for 'Susiephone'​. Bringing the loose arrangements between authorities and utilities in Scotland using the 'Susiephone System', to develop it into a single arrangement, the Scottish Road Works Register (SRWR) suitable to represent to UK government that Scotland had fit-for-purpose arrangements and could opt out of the UK-wide Street Works Register (SWR) initiative. System design and specification, definition of operational requirements, training requirements, budgets, working with the Scottish Executive / CoSLA / NJUG / SJUG, and at the evolving board of Susiephone Limited.
